2018 Major Smartphones Battery Drain, Charge Test

Welcome to Latementor here we are going to see the battery drain and charging tests of 2018 major smartphones. For this, we are going to consider Mrwhosetheboss youtube videos. Smartphones that covered here are Samsung Galaxy S9+, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, iPhone X, Nokia 8, OnePlus 5T, Huawei Mate 10 Pro.
Drain Test covered all smartphones above mentioned except Mate 10 Pro. Charge test covered all phones except Nokia 8. I will attach the files to get a detailed view of the procedure we have followed.

The phone that lasts long in Battery Drain test is Samsung galaxy S9+, followed by OnePlus 5T, iPhone X, Galaxy Note8, Nokia 8. But that does not come to end. To know precisely we have added discharge ratio as one more step. In this step, we can know how much capacity of the battery is drained for a minute. This can be obtained with a simple math technique. The ratio of battery capacity and time(in min) that phone last up to 0% gives us the result. iPhone's Bionic chip made a reliable result here.
Unit of Discharge Ratio is mAh/min. [Lower value is better]

Similarly, from another video, we have extracted information of charging results of smartphones. In this test One Plus 5T won. Followed by Mate 10 Pro, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S9+, iPhone respectively. If we dig deeper with some math we can obtain charge raion. Charge ratio is the ratio between battery capacity and charging time.
In Charge ratio winner is Mate 10 Pro. It's because it uses 4.5 A charger. Followed by One Plus 5T, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S9+, iPhone X.
iPhone uses 1A battery. So, it has poor results in Charge ratio case.
Unit of Charge Ratio is mAh/min. [higher value is better]
